SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped on Saturdays using Canada Post within Canada, via USPS in the United States, and via PostNL or APC Logistics internationally. Shipping is calculated at time of order. Delivery standard is 2–7 days within Canada, 7–10 days to the US, and 7–21 days internationally. Tracking information, if applicable, is sent at time of shipping.

ADDRESSING

Please ensure that address information is properly entered. We will not be responsible for shipments that are not delivered if address information is incorrect or incomplete.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted. If your item arrives damaged, please email mail@blackeye.ca with photos of the outer package and damaged items to arrange for replacement(s).

 

EU ORDERS

In order to process VAT and minimize customs fees, EU customers are encouraged to visit our Etsy shop at shop.blackeye.ca/etsy and request a custom order detailing desired items from the shop.
